I don't know if it's related to Huddy but I found interesting that House is going to a Renaissance Fair with Thirteen. It reminded me the episode when he went with Cameron to a Monster Trucks-event. But maybe it's POTW-related thing.

Hmmm, well that would at least partially explain the name of the episode - "Knight's Fall".

I think it's safe to say that the spoiler we read about the vicodin bottle is starting to come apart at the seams....

POTW at the Renaissance Fair, maybe a man dressed as a knight?

Good call. Maybe they are at the fair and a guy dressed as a knight collapses to become the POTW.

Two problems with that. First, WTF are they doing AT the fair. They usually introduce the POTW in the opening sequence, so 13 and House would already have to be there. I dunno if they would do that.

Second, that theory sounds too "literal" (for lack of a better word) for that to be the episode's title. I mean, for a "knight" to actually "fall" and become the POTW just seems a little too cheesy for them to actually title the episode "Knight's Fall".

UNLESS....

The POTW IS a knight and DOES fall at the fair in the opening sequence, but House/13 don't go to the fair until later, perhaps to investigate...

Exactly. Date? OMG, noooo.... :D

I looked up for the schedule and Greg Yaitanes' Twitter and I found that the episodes title is NOT 'Knight's Fall' but 'Knight Fall' (without the 's'). And 'Knight Fall' is sounds like 'nightfall'.
So maybe the POTW is really a falling knight but for House it's about a nightfall in his life.

To me, "Knight Fall" sounds like a metaphor for "death". So, maybe potw is allergic to chain mail, gets poked by a toxic lanse or is thrown off his horse or something & then, like LW suggests..House & 13 go to the Fair to investigate further 'cause patient is not going to make it thru the night. However, why would they bother to dress up, (unless they had to go undercover)..which then suggests they were at the Fair to begin with. (Not worried about that). Hmmmm.

Does anybody know who writes this episode? I could find only the director. 13, House, Renaissance Fair - it sounds so surreal. Can't wait for the press release for the ep.
I hope it will be a great episode. Maybe a Huddy-less but an entertaining one.

I never thought of that. There's a John Williams Waterhouse picture called "Sleep and His Half-brother Death. Waterhouse is the only artist I'm really familiar with. I love I Am Half Sick of Shadows (a version of The Lady of Shalot).

The Knight Fall press release kinda explains it - the Fair, the title etc. Thirteen is heavily involved in this (VERY interesting) case. I HOPE this is why they go to that fair, because i hadn't really thought about Thirteen being the misterious woman House sleeps with - it seems improbable, but who knows...

Right. The press release suggests that only House+13 dress up & go to this village of medieval groupies to search for "causes" that befell the knight. Maybe they run into trouble or it gets late. There's sleeps with & then there's SLEEPS with. 13 dressed as a "wench" would qualify as a mysterious woman (that we're supposed to have "seen before"). Especially sleeping along side her boss...by what..torch light? If. If. If.

@pc, yea..it does sound surreal.
