A young girl smiled as she walked out of the Poke Mart with a bag full of chakula for her pokemon and possibly the entire store. She was accompanied kwa a blue penguin, auk who quickly waddled to catch up with her. The girl stopped as she realized her pokemon was struggling to keep up so she set the bags down and knelt down. The penguin, auk jumped on juu of her head. He had a very firm grip on the girls' white beanie hat. She picked the brown bags and resumed walking down the sidewalk of Hearthome City.

The girl and her pokemon saw a familiar face. A tall, tan and well built boy with messy light purple hair...

May: It's true! My witnesses even told me so! *winks*

Dawn: What witnesses?

May: *happily* Oh, wewe know, stuff!

Dawn: *stares*

May: Okay. I saw him here. He's in the back trying to tell everyone to either "Buzz off. au what are wewe looking at?"

Dawn: Whatever. *looks away*

May: Whatever? I thought wewe liked him?!

Dawn: Well, maybe I do and maybe I don't. Your point?

May: *gasps* Dawn! You're becoming like Paul!

Dawn: I'm sorry.

The two hug.

The crowd cheers.

"Flare Blitz!" yelled Ash. Infernape created a great spark of moto and rammed it into Paul's Torterra. Torterra dragged its feet to a halt from the scorching impact and fell to the stadium ground. The crowd all waited as the smoke cleared and the referee rose his flag to Ash's side.
"Infernape is the winner. Ash of Pallet Town wins!" he shouted.
The whole crowd cheered. Ash jumped for joy and his Pokemon joined in. But on the other side of the excitement, there was Paul. He stood there, and all he could think of right then was the he Lost to Ash, somebody not as important...
