How can i catch the Rayquazza in Pokemon:Ruby Version?

I have already reached him but i can't catch him,i always make his health so low but he breaks free out of my Poke balls,without a single songesha from my ball.By the way i have:10 poke-balls,10 Great Balls,1 Ultra ball,1 Premiere ball,2 Timer Balls,2 Return Balls.Now,can anyone please give me an advise on how i can catch Rayquazza with these stuff?

Well if wewe have a strong pokemon that has useless moves like Defense Curl, Growl and stuff. Use that and wait a few turns. Use a Protect if wewe wanna, then try your Timer Balls.

Wait 100 turns, use a high level pokemon that has false swipe, get Rayquaza to 1 hp, then use a Timer Ball. I don't know if False Swipe was an attack then, but I caught Darkrai and Shaymin this way.

Use Sleep status au Paralasys as well when catching it.
