Leyton So what does everyone think - Should the FOTM get to choose the new theme(s) for the banner/icon(motto?) each month?

Pick one:

	Everything should be changed monthly, themes chosen kwa FOTM.
	Keep the banner, but FOTM picks a new theme for the icon.
	Nothing should be changed. Keep the banner & ikoni the same.
