Mandy Moore Sells LA nyumbani That She Shared With Ex-Husband Ryan Adams 

Moore, 32, has sold the Los Angeles home she shared with ex-husband Ryan Adams for $2.95 million, listing agent Ryan Judd of Compass confirms to PEOPLE.

The actress originally bought the property for $1.725 million in 2002, and resided there long before marrying Adams, 41. After the couple tied the knot, they shared the Mediterranean-style abode for six years before filing for divorce in January 2015.

The 1927 build is nestled in the neighborhood of Los Feliz, and offers the perfect combination of old and new details.

Original magnesite stairs, wrought-iron railings and wood floors with decorative inlay create an Old-World feel, while modern amenities add an updated elegance.

And it seems that every inch of the 4,747-sq.-ft. home has access to the wide-spanning outdoor spaces, the most notable being the terraced backyard with multiple gardens and seating areas.

After almost 14 years here, Moore took to Instagram to comment on the emotional move, as well as share a few flashbacks from her past.

Moving after nearly 14 years in one spot is bound to stir up a ton of emotions but finding these journals with so many bits and pieces of lyrics in them has made my heart sing. 💗
