Is it TRUE that Michael had to stop history and dangerous tour bcuz he was sick and collasped.

Its a video on YouTube that shows him on a bridge imba earth song and then all of a sudden the bridge falls. They alisema that fall hurt him really bad....and he finish the onyesha but after that he collasped and they alisema he wasn't in shape to finish the tour. So he cancelled it. Is that true.
