Yes, that is a very sad song!!! He opened up to us about how the Lost of his childhood has affected him. That's why he has the "Peter Pan" complex. He had all the joy of being child as an adult man. But many people tried to make it a weird thing- which it is not. I wish that I could act zaidi like a child sometimes myself. When I have the blessing of doing it- riding a ride(Six Flags)or going to the zoo- it is soooooo refreshing and rejuvenating. I totally understand MJ.

Yes I cry when I listen to Childhood, it's one of my inayopendelewa songs. It makes me cry because of Michael, he never had a childhood and he was so misunderstood. He was stuck in this childlish world, where I am now too. I'll never Grow up, just like Mikey:)

oh my god....this songs breaks my heart,i mean it always makes me cry,i can't help it.....i feel the pain of mj for his childhood and i burst into tears especially in the lyric " the painful youth".....that's it ,this lyric is so depressing and the ton of his voice in this lyric(in the whole song actually)makes me so sad and depressed....poor michael,my upendo didn't deserve a childhood like this.=,such a sweet and lovely Angel he is..... he didn't deserve this kind of hard father!
