When does Jace say that about the rubber duckie and the electric eel?

I've looked for it, and I can't find it! So, if wewe could help me out, I'd be really grateful!

I don't need the page number, au even the chapter. If wewe can just tell me what's happening whenhe says it, that works just as well.

It's in the Forsaken chapter of 'City of Bones'. They're in the weapons room and they're talking about the seraph blades and how Clary thought they were made from magic, which lead Jace to say the quote above. Hope that helped.
