Well, considering there are male and female ponies, I don't think asexual is an option. There have also been several ponies with confirmed sexualities. Shining armor, Cadence, The cakes and all the parents of the mane 6 that have been shown. Also all the boyfriend/girlfriend couples during hearts and hooves day.
