“So what exactly are we doing here?” David asked Emma while folding her arms.
“Henry loved krisimasi back in New York so I wanted to make it better here.” Emma explained while adjusting the ornaments on the krisimasi tree.
“What’s better to a 14 mwaka old than presents?” Mary Margaret asked while handing Emma another Red and green polka dotted ornament.
“Pranks.”
“Pranks? On Christmas?” Mary Margaret asked.
“Last mwaka he pranked Walsh and I kwa g- actually, wewe know what? I’m not going to spoil it.”
“Oh come on Emma! wewe have to tell us at least.” David pleaded.
“At least tell us who you’re going to prank.” Mary Margaret suggested trying to reach a compromise.
Emma sighed while picking up the box of extra ornaments.
“Someone.” She quickly alisema before walking away.
Mary Margaret rolled eyes as she looked down at the baby.
“I guess we’ll find out tomorrow, right Neal?” She asked him while poking his nose.
Emma went upstairs and plopped the box down in the attic. Since she was up there she decided it would be a good time to check on henry.
“Hey kid,” She alisema while popping her head in the crack in the door. Henry looked up from his comic.
“Oh, hujambo mom.” He alisema while smiling a little.
“You excited for krisimasi tomorrow?”
“Yea, I get to spend it with both my moms this time.”
Emma smiled.
“And not with a, flying monkey.” They both laughed.
“I hear that.” Emma agreed.
“So who’re wewe pranking?” Henry asked.
Emma’s face went flat.
“What do wewe mean?”
“I could hear wewe guys in the living room wewe know.”
Emma shook her head laughing.
She walked in and closed the door behind her and sat down inayofuata to him and whispered it in his ear.
“Ohhh I wanna help.” He alisema while closing the comic book.
“Well I was gonna wrap, upangaji pamoja it tonight while they’re asleep and leave it up here so they don’t tamper with it.”
“Sounds like a plan to me.”
“Alright I’ll wake wewe up tonight then?” She alisema while getting up and walking towards the door.
“Okay.” He alisema while opening the comic book up back to the page he was on.
Christmas Day
Henry ran down the stairs and sat at the counter. Just as Emma turned with a cup of hot kakao with cinnamon.
“Thanks mom.” He alisema while taking a sip.
She nodded just as there was a knock at the door.
She walked over to answer it and it was Hook.
“Hello love.” He alisema before kissing her.
“Hello Hook.” She alisema before he walking in and sat down inayofuata to Henry.
“Good afternoon lad.” He alisema looking down at Henry.
“Good afternoon.” Henry quickly alisema before taking another sip of cocoa.
“Merry Christmas.”
“Thank you.”
“There’s some chakula on the counter wewe can help yourself.” Emma alisema while walking over to him.
Hook looked down at his hook and sighed.
Henry laughed.
“I’ll help you.” He alisema while sliding off the kinyesi and walking into the kitchen.
Another knock came on the door.
This time since Emma was too busy trying to put on muziki and let Mary Margaret answer the door.
“Hello Regina, Robin kofia and Roland, Merry Christmas.” She alisema as she walked in.
“Hello.” The 3 of them alisema back as Robin set Roland down on the floor.
“Merry Christmas.” They all alisema to each other.
Regina handed Mary Margaret a bag.
“It’s for both wewe and David.”
“Oh, thank wewe Regina.” She alisema while taking the bag.
Regina nodded and smiled as she took the other bag from Roland and walked over to Emma still fumbling with the speakers.
“Merry Christmas, Swan.” She alisema while putting the bag down inayofuata to her.
“Thanks Regina, I have a present for wewe upstairs, I’m just trying to get this to work.”
Regina looked down at Emma clearly struggling with the speaker. It was plugged in and looked fine. She saw a light switch and flicked it on and in an instant krisimasi muziki started playing at full blast that nearly gave Emma a moyo attack. She quickly turned down the volume and got up rubbing her ear. Regina laughed.
“Thank you, I’ll go get that present.” She while walking past her walking upstairs. Regina went over to say Merry krisimasi to Henry and gave him a hug. Then she went and sat down inayofuata to Robin at the table
Emma came running down the stairs with a present in her hands and put it on the meza, jedwali in front of her.
“Thank wewe Swan.” She alisema while looking up at her.
“You’re welcome.” She alisema while walking over to stand
“Alright who’s ready to open some presents now?” David alisema out loud.
“Sure.” Everybody responded while looking over toward him.
“Who’d like to go first?” He asked.
No one alisema anything.
“I’ll go first.” Henry said. While picking up one of the bags.
He took out all the tissue paper. And stack of comic books.
“Who’s it from?” Robin asked.
“Belle.” He alisema while smiling at her and she smiled back.
“Thank you.”
“You’re welcome.”
He put the comics back in the back and picked up another bag.
“This one is from Mom.”
“Which one?” Hook asked.
“Both.” Emma alisema while looking at Regina and smiling.
He pulled out 3 games for his gameboy.
“Oh yea! Thank you, I’ve been wanting these for a while now.” He cheered.
“I came up with the idea, but Emma picked out the games.” Regina added in.
Emma nodded while folding her arms.
“Merry krisimasi kid.”
“Thank you.”
“Who’s next?”
“How about wewe Regina?” Mary Margaret suggested.
Henry went upstairs to the bathroom.
“Uh, sure.” she stuttered while turning to pick up the present.
“I think it’s upside down.” Robin whispered while pointing at the tag underneath. She looked then flipped it around and to her surprise ice cold water spilled all over her skirt. Then Henry came running down the stairs and poured water on both her and Robin. Everyone gasped in shock before roaring with laughter.
Especially the two now soaked with water. Regina flipped her hair back and looked at Robin also shocked.
“Who’s idea was this?!” She asked.
“Henry and me.” Emma laughed.
“I did the same thing to her and Walsh last year. And I wanted to do the same thing to my other mom.” Henry smiled.
“I have to give it to wewe two, I did not see that coming.” She laughed.
“Merry krisimasi mom.” Henry alisema while hugging her from behind. She held Henry’s cheek and kissed him on the other cheek.
Robin tapped Henry on the shoulder and he departed from the hug and then held Regina’s face in his hands.
“Merry Christmas.” He alisema before they shared passionate kiss.
