Plz help for my POM's uhuishaji project

I used kitunguu skin way to create animation... Is this wise if I made a frame with Photoshop au Paint au maybe wewe can give me an actionscript guide...? I created it Frame kwa frame... It's really not as simple as wewe all think before...
