In the original novel Neverland is a place where children go in their sleep, but the story also makes clear that Peter Pan and Neverland are very real and thus possible to reach while awake. And that Wendy & her brothers were the first children to really meet Peter and get to Neverland while awake. And after that Wendy's daughter Jane, and Jane's daughter and her daughter's daughter and..."so it will go on as long as children are gay, innocent and heartless." (And why it was just the daughters is because they were Peter's mothers in turn.)

The original novel also makes clear that Neverland...

Chapter 1

On that brisk Saturday the leaves, covered in raindrops, erupted in a slow pace from the trees like glittering stones on silver bark. The London fog drifted through the cobbled streets, blocking the skyline.

Green nyasi and grey stones coloured the playground square, surrounded on three sides kwa railings that scratched the heavens. Those fence bars intersected at various places on the fence, giving the outside world a chaotic pattern of black stripes. To those outside the orphanage, it looked like a prison. To the orphans of St. Augustine’s at Carmelite House, they saw their bleak...

There was a time when I was alone
Nowhere to go and no place to call home
My only friend was the man in the moon
And even sometimes he would go away, too

Then one night, as I closed my eyes
I saw a shadow flying high
He came to me with the sweetest smile
Told me he wanted to talk for awhile
He said, "Peter Pan, that's what they call me
I promise that you'll never be lonely," and ever since that day

I am a Lost Boy from Neverland
Usually hanging out with Peter Pan
And when we're bored we play in the woods
Always on the run from Captain Hook
"Run, run, Lost Boy," they say to me
Away from all of reality

Neverland...

I'm Wendy in this version. The two most Impactful lines came from Tiger Lily "Keep the past in your moyo but where wewe go from here is up to you" Goodbye see wewe again someday" That line was alisema in Cree & sounded beautiful! Wendy tells her mother” What If I don’t want your life?” Que Queer Wendy Daring headcanons. The ease with which Wendy pulls up her happiest memories, even when she was a baby means she’s autistic! If I've ever seen one, Jude Law is a gentlemanly threatening Captain Hook. Tiger Lily saves Peter Pan! The scene involves Indigenous medicine and is quiet, but touching.

A topic at imdb wonders about the Peter Pan (2003) movie having higher rating than Hook (1991.) A orodha of reasons why I personally feel the situation is unavoidable and deserved. And why in my opinion the 2003 movie should have even higher rating, both as a movie in itself and as a Peter Pan related movie. (And I think it actually does, the avarage rating when correctly calculated is higher than what IMDB's system claims.)

PETER PAN (2003): Storyline follows the original novel and even amazingly faithfully.
HOOK: Utterly alternate universe.

---> Staying true to original is essential if not...

Suddenly here am I
I'm flying.
I'm flying

I'm not even trying
High up, and as light as I can be.
I must be a sight lovely to see.

Nothing will stop me now:
Higher still look at how
I can zoom around,
'Way up off the ground

You try and wewe fall flat on your face
I'm flying.

Why Peter Pan banishes tinkerbell?

Binarism, a word which here means has to be a man au woman. For Peter Pan, this means The coloring looks like a Barbie doll & the shati is WAY too low cut, the V emphasizes Alison Willams' breasts, particularly when she's in motion, the samaki netting gives it a hint of sexuality. For Tiger Lily, it's even worse! I'm nonbinary, and I don't dress in party streamers, au like a stripper! Being that Alanna Saunders is Cherokee, this is intersectional racism, au racism and sexism combined! The choreography for "True Blood Brothers" emphasizes the cut in the stripper outfit that goes up to her...

 Mary Martin
Mary Martin
"Peter Pan" was my first Broadway musical, and is one of my inayopendelewa vichekesho vya muziki besides "The Phantom of the Opera," "Annie," and "Oliver!" When I was six my family and I went to BlockBuster and got the VHS tape of "Peter Pan" my mom had asked me "Do wewe know a woman named Mary Martin played Peter Pan?" I had seen the Disney version, so a woman playing Peter was special. I liked Peter because he didn't grow up, and he could fly. I watched the Mary Martin version with my family. My Brother, Sister, Mom, Dad, and me. I LOVED it zaidi than the Disney version. Though we lived out in rural New Mexico...

I know it might sound crazy, but I really do believe in Peter Pan. I upendo how he is so understanding about what it is like to feel lost. I hope that he will one siku take me to Neverland too! I always feel lonely and it really hurts. The thing is, I'm only a teenager, and I am scared to grow up lost. What if the novel isn't really a work of fiction? What if it is a true story? I have dreams of this beautiful island, Neverland, and it feels like home! I have tried everything; leaving my window unlocked, talking out loud, singing, calling out. It never works!

Hello guys, I figured I would make a post talking about my story, since I have recently deleted my last profaili (due to privacy issues)

It started when I was between the ages of 2-6, when I first watched the Disney Peter Pan movie, I instantly fell in love. I loved the idea of Neverland, and I was even tinker kengele for Halloween once. Throughout my childhood, I have no clear memories of ever visiting Neverland. But Peter had taken one of my letters as well as acorns I would leave for him.

Life went on, and I grew older. I stopped believing for many years. Then, in 2017, I got into the OUAT series,...

I wake up to the sound of Nana barking. When i look towards her I see the most amazing sight! Peter Pan!
He was standing in mid-air! I slowly got out of kitanda so I wouldn't scare Peter. "hello" Peter turned around and nearly jumped. "what's wrong?" Peter just smiled at me. "Nothing, its just I never knew a girl could be this amazing up close" "oh" I smiled. "what are wewe doing here in the first place, Peter?" Peter sat cross-legged in mid-air. "to hear your stories of course!" "really?" He nodded. "yup they're the best!" "Peter it thrills me that wewe like my stories, so much...

Although the character appeared previously in Barrie's book The Little White Bird,[3] the play and the novel based on it contain the portion of the Peter Pan mythos that is best known. The two versions differ in some details of the story, but have much in common. In both versions Peter makes night-time calls on Kensington, London, listening in on Mrs. Mary Darling's bedtime stories kwa the open window. One night Peter is spotted and, while trying to escape, he loses his shadow. On returning to claim it, Peter wakes Mary's daughter, Wendy Darling. Wendy succeeds in re-attaching his shadow to...

I believe in him.Peter Pan is a famous character who may be real (only if wewe believe).Peyer Pan has been my childhood movie and it still is.If wewe really believe in Peter all wewe have to do is say I do believe in vichimbakazi I do I do 10 times, sing slow songs about him and tell stories about him and/or his adventures.I've done it before. So I truly believe in him and Tinker Bell too.
But if wewe don't believe in him au Tinkerbell..well whenever someone doesn't believe in a fairy then they die (and that's what could happen to Tinker Bell if wewe don't believe) and Peter Pan might disappear au might not go to your house again. So believe in them and they might take wewe on an adventure.

hujambo guys! Long time since my last post here XD well, here's something A W E S O M E that happened some days ago:

So, my two cousins (Rafael - 6 years old - and Gustavo - 2 years old) were at my house, they slept there for the weekend and on Saturday we went outside to play.

The boys, my mom, their dad and me played ball, tag, etc etc. Then, it was 7pm, and the adults wanted to go back inside, but we (the kids) didn't... So they took little Gustavo with them (he was sleepy) and Rafael and I went to this piece of field right beside my house... And then he made the most amazing swali ever:

"Let's...

"There I was," A boy with dirty blonde hair and a smooth voice began with an intense tone, crouching on one leg upon a dusty grey rock. "In mid-air with a blade to my throat. Hook had a blood-thirsty glare as he moved the tip of the sword down to my chest and dragged it against my skin."
A few mermaids, who were surrounding him and gripping their hair in suspense, winced in unision.
"Oh, Peter!" One cried in a pained tone. "Were wewe alright?" Peter nodded before continuing.
"I wasn't scared at all. I lifted my leg and kicked him somewhere that's apparently painful for codfishes. He screamed...
