One morning in a hivi karibuni past I was feeling
so lonely and so empty
after the loss of my dearest friend.
Shaking and shivering and craving.

But an Angel sent me this and I thought of God.
Tears of joy rolled down my closed eyes
while I was kissing my friend’s Angel eyes
And then my eyes opened to see
everything I failed to see all my life

I felt these magnificent picha and song
emitting tangible upendo vibrations into
our own special atmosphere across
the secret garden we’ve built for each other
healing and honouring our hearts
as we both just wanted to be loved kwa each other.

I felt like a warm hand...

Using less energy isn't about making drastic lifestyle changes au sacrifices. Conservation and efficiency measures can be as simple as improving the standards for new buildings so that they use less energy for heating and cooling, replacing an old refrigerator with one that doesn't waste as much power, au adjusting the thermostat before leaving home.

Not only do conservation and efficiency ease electricity supply crunches kwa reducing demand, they also decrease smog and greenhouse gas emissions, lower bills for all customers and create jobs and other economic benefits. It's a win-win situation....

I AM a force of nature, my upendo is POTENT and I am a SENTINAL, a BEACON, and a TRANSMITTER of compassion, empowerment, forgiveness and loving action.

My upendo blesses the waters above and below; rain, snow, streams, ponds, lakes, rivers, bays, seas, oceans, and underground sources of springs and wells.

My upendo kisses the soils below my feet and below the feet of all peoples of all nations.
