(Long story, but my dream was... actually, this would make a good fan fic. I might write one later, so I'll do a quick explanation.
Scientists have just discovered a world full of Pokemon somewhere out there, and a way to get to that world. Some people were excited. Some people hated the idea of foreign creatures on Earth. So anyway, it was the first day of school for the fifth graders at Saint John Paull II Catholic Academy. They were excited. The first week wouldn't be in school- it would be in the Pokemon world! Well, some were excited. All the students were going, not wanting or wanting.
There was one girl named Kira, and she was super excited. She loved Pokemon, and wanted to catch so many! But unfortunatly, the fifth graders were limited to only one of all 600 something Pokemon.And they were limited to choose a starter Pokemon only. Kira didn't know who to choose- Fennekin or Snivy.
"Let's see... if I chose a Snivy, 5 types could easily beat the crap outta me, but I could always raise my speed, that's what I did in my Black 2 game... but if I pick Fennekin, less types will beat the crap outta me, and I love Psychic types..." In the end, she used the best tactic for solving probelems- don't pick any of them. She chose Treecko, because it had a speed stat she liked- 70. Plus she liked grass types.
So, along with some other kids, she traveled to Hoenn to recieve her Treecko from Proffesor Birch. Turns out it was a female, which made her even happier. She nicknamed it Ayaka, which meant "colorful flower".
Kira had fun on the battlefield with Ayaka. She taught her how to use Absorb when it leveled up to Level 6, and soon she was able to get it to Level 7 later on that fun week.
Kira noticed some other kids weren't enjoying theirselves. Amaya, with her Turtwig, which she nicknamed Daichi, were still on Level 5 at the end of the week. And Amaya was probably the most depressed of them all. Half of the kids were enjoying the experience, half not. Kira overheard Amaya saying to her friends how she liked it before.
"There's too much to learn," Amaya said. "And sometimes it's just complicated, sometimes too confusing. The ability Overgrow lessens the power of your grass type moves. What's the point of that?" Kira rolled her eyes at that one. "No, Dumbo the Elephant! Overgrow BOOSTS the power of your grass type moves!")
