Natsuki was having a good dream. She personally liked the cold, so it would make sense she would love swimming in a cold river. She paused to take a break, so she heaved herself onto a rock sticking out from the water and sat.
Then the scene turned from the average forest to a winter blizzard. Natsuki jumped back in surprise. Then she saw a big shape right next to a smaller one. As they moved closer, she recognized the shapes as a shiny Glaceon ("Glass?" asked Natsuki, but there was no reply from the Glaceon.) and... a Kyurem? She looked up to the sky. A bog bird was flying. An Articuno! She saw a shape in the tall trees. Regice! All around her were even more amazing Ice types. Then she started seeing some water types, the first a Vaporeon like her. Shiny, too. She saw water types for a while, the ice types still there, until she saw two Normal types. First she saw a Happiny, then she saw an Eevee with silver fur. It bounded around, then disappeared. The Pokemon stopped appearing. Natsuki looked up toward the Kyurem and the Glaceon, but the shiny Glaceon wasn't there. She looked toward her right to see the Glaceon right next to her. Very close to her. Natsuki instantly knew that that was Glass next to her. She could tell from the start that Glass wasn't female, but... "This couldn't mean..." Natsuki's voice trailed away. She looked down into the water and looked at her reflection. The water always showed her the way. Just as she touched her nose to the water she woke with a start in the real world.
