Based on type advantage Magmarashi/Quilava has it,because it's a fire compared to grass,not taking away anything from Shuu-kun's Roserade,because it could always use Stun Spore,to paralyze Magmarashi for a while..but I mean aside from that it pretty much has only grass type attacks which don't usually work well against fire type Pokemon..so it's fair to say Satoshi-kun's Magmarashi would win.
