Project runway Models Dropping Out

Whats with all of the models dropping out? Kenley's model just dropped out and someone else's did too, earlier in the competition. Does anyone know the deal?

I believe someone on the show said they may drop out due to paid opportunities. While the exposure on Project Runway is a great one, they are still seeking employment and when work pops up, they drop out.
