Has fanpop ever not allowed wewe to answer picks?

Sometimes if I want to make a choice, au shabiki someone/something, au save something to favorites, I can click on it but all it does is bring me to the juu of the page and I just can't do it. Anyone know why? I can't answer chemsha bongo either but can do everything else.
