My hands are always shaking slightly and it's pretty noticeable. Does anyone know why this happens?

Well it's never really been a serious problem i just....idk ive heard its also associated with post tramatic stress disorder.

Well...ive moved on au ignored au maybe gotten used to au maybe surpressed the father thing. Im out of that relationship and in another very healthy one and ive stopped cutting though i still really get the urge. And i think im past my moms thing. Though i still get really down and depressed sometimes when im not around my gf.
