Do wewe think there's adults that can understand and relate to teens?

When I say adults, I basically mean adults that are under the age of 30. Probably between 20-25. Explain your answer and no ignorant comments. Thank you.

Generally, yes, especially if they're in that younger age group and the memories and emotions are still fresh in their minds. I think they'd have to be somewhat open minded, though, to prevent them from looking back with a 'that kid's an idiot for doing what I did' au 'he's just a 16 whereas I'm 25 so I'm better' point of view and actually understand. Also, I think the possible wisdom and changes in perspectives, values, and ideas that come along with age, in addition to the changing of society, makes relating to teenagers harder and harder with age.

I think yes. The only thing they need to do is to remember what it was like being a teen. As an adult wewe hopefully have learned a few things. If an adult looks at it from a teen's perspective, they should be able to understand and relate. We all go through mostly the same issues growing up.

Absolutely, especially in the age group wewe chose. They may have zaidi responsibility and laugh about how they used to act when they were younger, but they do understand why teenagers act the way they do, as their memories and experiences are still fresh in their minds, and they still feel the emotions of them.
That's not to say some won't call teenagers stupid for doing something they too did at their age. They may understand the teenagers motives for doing something idiotic, but young adults including myself think about the line of - i've been there, i've done that, i got hurt/hurt other/got into trouble...why would they do that?
But then we think back to those times and realise, the teenager needs to do these stupid things to gain experience of their lives.
But it's not just 20-25 mwaka olds who understand teenagers, my mother is 40 and she understands perfectly. I'm not saying she doesn't do all the motherly 'you're not going out dressed like that' thing as she does, but she understand why teenagers dress the way they do, why the huff up stairs and slam doors etc
I think the only people who are able to understand others, if the people with no judgement, who are able to sympathise but be brutally honest when the time requires them to be, and someone who can communicate well.
