How strict are your parents when it comes to what they let wewe watch on TV?

Mine aren't really...I started watching crime dramas when I was eleven and I watch The Sopranos regularly. Just asking because my dad pointed out that I am allowed to watch a lot zaidi graphic shows than he was at my age.
