Help needed!

My friend has this situation going on with his girlfriend and I wanna help him.
It started like this, he got into a fight with her because she thinks he (my friend) is a jealous person. Then they forgave each other. The following day, he asked her if she is still mad with him, she alisema no. Then earlier at school, he went to talk to her, but she refused, saying she's busy and everything but she really isn't. He's asking me if, there's something wrong with him.

When a girl says she isn't mad at her guy, technically, she really is. That whole "I'm busy' thing is just an excuse for her not to talk to him, which is normal. So, the dude needs to give her some space for a little bit.
