My Grandmother Just Died Tonight What Should I Do

My grandmother age 75 died tonight 01 01 2012, i just found out an saa zamani ive kinda stopped crying but my heads burning up i keep stuttering when i speak and i feel confused and on the edge of sick, i now have no zaidi grandparents left i just want to know if wewe have some advice on who i could talk to, au if wewe could talk to me on if youve had the same kind of experience, au if wewe know a site that i can go too for help, my own mother is finding it hard to talk to me let alone speak to my brother and sister, any words would help thank wewe

A friend of mine Lost his father right before Christmas, and he told me it helped to talk w/friends not just about his dad, but other things as well.
