yeah i know what wewe are talking about.. its easy. All wewe do is.. holds your arms up,kick and step then go into your handstand and go over into your bridge then stand up..

wewe have to put some power into your step because wewe wont be able to go over into your bridge if wewe dont wewe will just fall
