How can i lucid dream?

*Has had Lucid dream before*

For what wewe want? wewe need to realize wewe are dreaming mid-dream.

I have done lucid dreaming two ways. One think of something wewe wish to dream about before kitanda au while wewe are in bed. au realize wewe are in a dream while dreaming.

I normally use my imagination to figure out what happens inayofuata if kwa some chance I wake up from it au wish to have a lucid dream.

I heard somewhere if wewe play video games before wewe go to kitanda wewe can control your dreams. I'm not so sure if this works though. I think at some point wewe have to realize you're dreaming too, then wewe can fully control your dreams.
I've controlled my dreams before, and it's definitely good. Kept me from dying in some of my dreams. xD

I very rarely dream.... and last night I dreamt about Amnesia. The video game. It was scary but it wasn't a nightmare... if that makes sense.
Anyway. I dunno. au else my dreams would be a LOT different.

I can control my dreams most of the time. Video games can help, its mainly just learning to control your imagination while wewe sleep. It tries to trick wewe sometimes kwa making wewe think its real. wewe have to know youre in a dream.
