How to grow hair out

Okay so my hair is a lil above my shoulders and im only 12 so NO pills , au weave or, extension . Natural ways plz i want it up to my "chest" 😉 I want it to be at least like 2-4 most 5 months at the most plz hurry up w/ the majibu answer my other maswali 2 plz :)

2) Preferably to muziki so it is bearable, flip your head upside down for 4-6 dakika a daay
3) When wewe wash your hair, rinse it with cold au cold/warm water!
4) Brush your hair with 100 strokes a night before wewe go to bed.

Trust me! they work! I do these, and my hair is almost 2 feet, now, and hair naturall ygrows about 1.2 inches a month.
