I...get it......its about not careing and that your soo foucused on your self your touch with reality fades and while wewe sit there greedly eating away your troubels like nothing someone is suffering and wewe just watch them and dont help them and while they slowly get zaidi and zaidi problems wewe continue to watch beginging to regret not helping them and then while there laying in thehospital dieing wewe sit there wondering what went wrong untill they tell wewe "you had a choise to help me" MEANING HELP THOSE AROUND wewe WHO ARE SUFFERING DONT GET WOUND UP IN YOUR SELF THINK OF OTHERS
