Does anyone have an iPhone 5? I need help

So, for the past week, the nyumbani button won't work. It'll be unresponsive, then will go off a bunch of times without me even touching it. And Voice Control (since I turned off Siri) won't stop activating kwa itself. I got the button fixed yesterday and it worked for a bit but now it's doing the same thing as it was. Does anyone know the problem with it? And is there a solution?

I just got one and am using it now, maybe it's not just the button ,but the chip and wiring that the button activates may be faulty. Siri doesn't work for me either but that's mainly because of my accent. XP
