This will sound weird but please answer...

It's not weird swali dude. kwa the way they earn it buy posting many many and many stuffs to any club. Say I have ilitumwa pics in XYZ club and some video and I am active to that club I will get medal and if I start contributing in many klabu and ask peoples to shabiki the stuffs I have ilitumwa I will get medal very soon. And thus how some peoples earn so many medals. I have seen some fanpopers with zaidi than 100 medali they must be very active and of course have time to be here and post stuffs to earn medals.

What to do:
1. Add a picture au zaidi to a club (you will need Adobe Flash).
2. Ask people to shabiki your picture, au leave it happen itself.
3. wewe get your medal!

wewe have to be active on a club. Post a lot of polls, questions, images, ect. I don't know how active wewe have to be exactly - I didn't even realise when I got my medals, so I can't tell wewe exactly how much wewe have to do. I think wewe have to make at least 100 posts in total to get the dedicated medal.
