Is there anyone wewe love/care about, but wewe don't say "I upendo you"?

Well, for me... there are people I care for and should probably begin saying "I upendo you" to, but if they're not family, then I usually refrain from telling them that.

I always wonder if I should just go ahead and throw out "I upendo you" to everyone au not...

I'll say it online, but not in real life/in person. It just seems... fake if I do.

And with my brother and nephew we're not touchy-feely and though I know we all care about/love one another we don't say it aloud. We just onyesha it.
