link[/b] that I've heard of before. I've never used it myself, so I don't know how it works, but I've seen others use it a lot before.
I also believe
link[/b] has a free, easy-to-use picha editor on their site. That one I have used once au twice before in the past (several years ago), and I remember it being rather good.

link if you'd ever want to download a program instead of using a website. It's a free photoshop clone, so there's a wide variety of things wewe can do with it. It might not be what you're looking for, and it's zaidi of a technical, advanced software that could be troublesome.
I've used it for a number of years, though, and it's a really great software. I used it up until I received Photoshop for my birthday last year, and I would recommend it if a zaidi versatile, involved system is what you're looking for.
If it isn't, though, the other two websites should do wewe well.
