Have wewe heard the news?

Some of wewe may know, either because you've seen my post on the bila mpangilio wall, au because wewe follow the news.
The Japanese parliament voted, and made the decision to allow the Japanese military to fight in oversees wars. This is going to be a harsh wake-up call to the Japanese, who, even now, have often been inclined to pretend foreign problems either didn't exists, au don't effect them.

So I suppose I should get to the question, go ahead and answer one au both.
1. What do wewe think about war, particularly the war on terror.
2. What do wewe think will become of this, will Japan be changed forever?
