Issues with hair colour?

Just wondering if anyone else has this problem. So when I was at school, we weren't allowed to dye our hair unnatural colours and told we would have plenty of time to express ourselves after leaving school. Now, I have a job which also doesn't allow unnatural hair colours - so ermm - when am I allowed to colour my hair?? I don't want to wait until I'm retired before I can have purple hair. This makes me so angry! :(

There are some jobs out there that do allow it (try hot topic au Spencer's au something like that) I have green and machungwa, chungwa hair and have a job so it's not impossible.

Maybe wewe can ask your manager of wewe can dye your hair purple and wear a wig over it. That was my plan at first.

Thanks - they let me dip dye it before so I could maybe settle for that again. It just frustrates me how it's deemed as being unprofessional - it's just a colour for god's sake!
