For those that listen to metal:

What's your favourite sub-genre of alisema genre?

Who got wewe into it?

What do wewe look for in a metal song?

Favourite metal artists?

My answers:

-Metalstep/Brostep, Deathstep
-Riot Ten and Skrillex, since Skrillex incorporated metal into his dubstep, thus giving it the name 'brostep'
-Riot Ten and Sullivan King
-150 BPM, au something like that, and a drop (a nice one at that)
-Sullivan King, Riot Ten, usually metalstep, brostep and deathstep artists

METAL! WOOT! Along with Rock, they are my inayopendelewa muziki Genres.

- What's your favourite sub-genre of alisema genre?

I really upendo most of them if not all. To mention some: Heavy, Symphonic, Power, Alternative, Nu, Gothic, Punk and Thrash Metal. They are certainly high up there.

- Who got wewe into it?

I got into Metal through listening to Lordi at the 2005 Eurovision Contest where they ended up being the Winners. It still remains one of my inayopendelewa Bands to this very day.

- What do wewe look for in a metal song?

Speaking to me. Reaching to my Soul. Making it tremble and taking me away. When I listen to the Song and know that I'm enjoying it, that's all that I can ask.

- Favourite metal artists?

Quite a few. Some of my vipendwa are Lordi, Skillet, Sabaton, Thousand Foot Krutch, Three Days Grace, Ronnie James Dio, Lacuna Coil, Kamelot, Within Temptation, Nightwish, Halestorm, Manowar, Disturbed, Metallica, Iron Maiden, etc. The orodha goes on XD !!!!

My type of question!

Symphonic Metal, obviously.

Nightwish. And they're still my inayopendelewa band. I upendo them so much ♥

Depends on the subgenre. For Atmospheric/Symphonic Black/Gothic Metal I look for a chilling atmosphere; for Folk Metal I look for catchy folk tunes, for MeloDeath I look for heavy and catchy riffs with deep death growls; and for Symphonic Power Metal I look for classical trained vocals (and hopefully some death metal vocals thrown in too) and bombastic orchestration.

Acid Witch, Advent Sorrow, Alestorm, Ancient Bards, Aquilus, Arch Enemy, Black Sabbath, Blackthorn, Carnage, Crom, Dark Sarah, Eluveitie, Epica, Forever Slave, Kamelot, Lordi, Mortal Love, Nightwish, Tarja, Therion, Within Temptation (I personally don't find WT metal outside of their demos but they're technically still under the "Symphonic Metal" label), Yousei Tokeiku

here's some melodeath/stoner doomy stuff for the soul

Symphonic Metal for sure! But I upendo all of them. Gothic and Folk are close seconds.

What I look for really just depends on the genre. Like Power Metal one hundred percent must have great guitars and fantastical lyrics. I like the really high male vocals but I don't need them to enjoy it. Likewise I prefer operatic vocals and choirs in Symphonic Metal but they don't need to be there for me to enjoy it. With Black Metal I like good guitars as well, long intros are a plus. I like theatrics. I'm really not picky at all though, pretty much anything goes. I just have certain things that please me zaidi au that make a song extra special to me.

Not sure if wewe mean who as in what band got wewe into it au who as in a person who introduced wewe to it (like a friend au a family member). I grew up on metal because of my dad so I can thank him for inaonyesha me my first metal bands that I upendo to this day. I introduced myself to symphonic metal. I found it while watching an Avatar AMV and the first band I found was Within Temptation.

Within Temptation, Delain, Epica, Xandria, Sirenia, Nightwish, and a bunch of other symphonic metal ones. In terms of folk metal my inayopendelewa is Eluveitie. But there are so many fantastic ones out there. In terms of industrial metal I really like Rammstein, Frontline Assembly, and Oopmh. Idk if Rave The Reqvim counts but I've been into them lately.
