A tip that migh help wewe with the motivation when wewe heal your leg. If wewe don't feel like working out au running, try dancing. Like - with warming up, songesha learning and general choreo memorizing. Put your inayopendelewa muziki on in the background and it will seem zaidi like a fun pastime activity than a workout. At least worked for me when I had Lost my motivation. :)

Mental health: Um kinda been getting easily angry because of a lot family drama. I know anger just stress though and I will get better eventually. Also need to catch up on sleep..
