What is, without a doubt, the most disturbing, most unsettling horror film you've ever seen

Nothing really scares me anymore, so I wanna see if any of wewe can find something much zaidi terrifying. It has to be horror, however, no historical stuff au dramas, so no 120 Days of Sodom au A Serbian Film. Horror only (Because Spooktober)

For some reason the pig vat scene in Saw disturbs me. It doesn't scare me persay but it's one of the deaths where I was just like, 'dude, that's messed up.'

But in terms of entire films, it's kinda hard to say. I think I'm gonna go with The Amiteyville au The Ring. Mostly because those were the ones that really got me as a kid. The Void (2016) is also pretty disturbing.
