No. Despite common veganism belief, humans were built to be resourceful and opportunistic. Even Australopithecus spp. ate meat when they could get it. Furthermore, we're still right at the juu of the chakula chain and, as long as we're not cruel to animal species, I feel like there's absolutely no reason not to do what other wanyama do; we are, as I say, wanyama inherently after all.
