Have wewe ever been pressured to vote for the candidate(s) in favour of the candidate(s) that wewe wanted to vote for?

It happened to me today, but I was still adamant about who I wanted to vote for. I upendo my online and offline mduara, duara of friends, family, and associates, but they have no right to tell me who to vote for.

I had to listen to some lawyers rant about "queue-jumping immigrants" and "dumb lefties" for three weeks during a clerkship and I was so done kwa the end lmao

Nah my immediate family vote the same way. One of my uncles is full-on pro-Trump / kick out all the immigrants / ban all the Muslims / I want my nice white ethnostate BUT we very diligently avoid politics when we're in the same room lmao

Most of my Marafiki are either left-leaning au apolitical. I asked myself why I have few conservative Marafiki (besides the fact that there aren't too many conservative 20-something-year-old chuo kikuu, chuo kikuu cha students in Australia) and I think it's just a matter of who wewe naturally gravitate towards. Like my fam could only afford to send me to a private school bc I was lucky enough to get a scholarship to it, and once I was there, the poorer kids somehow naturally found each other lol. I can't explain it. My friend group was somehow composed of the povo kids. It wasn't clothes (we wore uniforms) it was just... the vibe of us all lmao.

Anyway yeah so I have some racist family members and a few zaidi distant right-libertarian Marafiki but that's about it. And none of us pressure each other as far as voting goes.

Oh wait, I have two Marafiki who are actual communists and who might one siku discourage me from voting for the mainstream left-leaning party (because "both parties are the same") lol
