If I were wewe I think I just wouldn't jiunge all the commotion and focus on the point of the spot. Maybe try to get people to re-focus? Add zaidi discussion topics and try to get people talking about the right thing and make sure people are discussing not arguing. As for this person if no one responds to her provocation eventually she'll go away. If that doesn't work wewe could just as easily refuse to talk to her about anything but the point of the spot?
