How do wewe know?

Okay so I'm talking to a guy and he seems to be all into me. Maybe too into me for just 3 weeks of talking, but he just ups and stops talking to me.......I'm so lost.
I don't get what happened. I really and truely like him and I thought he liked me. Did he just play with my emotions? Is he playing the I'm interested in wewe but not too interested card? au what? I'm so confused about what happened.

Well it's just neat cause for most guys things like relationships are a working progress.(I mean they are for girls too but mostly guys.) And wewe seem to already have it down.(=
