Loud ANNOYING Neighbors??

OMG!!! i have these neighbors that are incredibly RUDE!! they just moved in a couple of months zamani and i swear they think they own the apartment building!! its so annoying! not only are they loud but they are really rude as well. i had mentioned this to them in a polite way and all they alisema was sorry. while going up the stairs to their apartment the mother actually lets the lil girl hit the ukuta all the way up! lol.. its kinda silly but sometimes its all soooo annoying!! can any of u guys relate?

I totally understand, the family that used to live above me (thank God they moved) had a 3 mwaka old boy who was soooo loud and would always drop heavy shit on the floor and I could hear it and just sooo annoying!!

my neighbors are like family, we are all very close and get along very well. except for Sharen, a 60 mwaka old lady across the mitaani, mtaa who comes nyumbani drunk every weekend at 2 in the morning. and she tries to find the smallest thing to complain about to her nieghbors that they do. we all gotten along until she showed up.

So,I think that's just as bad as annoying neighbors.Maybe u should buy earplugs,or something?
