Anyone know how to fix NTLDR (Windows boot) error?

My NTLDR is missing for my other computer and so I can't boot it. I tried to boot from a USB stick but it didn't work, and then I tried to make boot Discs but couldn't figure out how to do it.

Anyone knows how to solve this problem?

Basically wewe need the disc that came with your computer to boot up. If wewe don't have one wewe need one from the company that makes your computer.
