The Monza race is over .... and the motorsport focus shifts to the far east ,where 3 of the 5 remaining races of the season will take place . Before we go , lets take a dip into the Force India team performance so far .
As the season started ,Force India had its mixed fortune but soon within the first 4 races picked up 18 points .. Renault on the other hand had 46 points in its bag while Williams collected a mere 6 points. There were hopes that Force India would be more competitive and would soon be able to catch up with Renault team . Well, we waited and after the end of another 5 races ...( at the middle of the season after the European Grand Prix ) ...the score board was painted differently . Renault was far from catching up .soaring ahead with 89 points ...while Force India had 43 points ...now keeping a safe distance from Williams who had collected only 20 points .
Both Spa and Monza tracks were said to be suited best for Force India and we kept our fingers crossed ~ while Spa did see Sutil doing the needful , Monza was a total washout for the team .
