I really don't think that there would be a simple answer to that.
I imagine Rosalie feeling a lot of things if Bella did decide to abort the baby.
I can see Rosalie being angry, maybe even furious with Bella. We all know that Rosalie always wanted a child of her own, and one of the reasons as to why she didn't want Bella to become a vampire was that she was giving this up. She may have felt appalled and angry if Bella refused this last chance of having a child.
Rosalie would probably feel deeply upset, and hurt. The dakika Bella called her to tell her she was pregnant, Rosalie grew to upendo this baby. She most likely even saw this infant as the child she had always wanted to have. Rosalie may have felt terribly hurt if Bella decided to abort the baby, and this miracle child wouldn't become part of her life.
I lastly see Rosalie becoming even zaidi distanced from Bella. She might have Lost respect for her, and become much zaidi aggravated with Bella at the least.
I...I really don't know. I mean, like I alisema before, I can imagine a lot of reactions Rosalie probably would have had if that was Bella's choice of actions.

Really nice answer. I was about to say that she would be pissed and maybe want to behead Carlisle for agreeing to abort the baby.
i could imagine rosalie crestfallen and crying sad for the baby , au maybe furious with bella and i could imagine many things rosalie could do if bella aborted the baby (renesmee)
everyone knows rosalie wanted a child of her own thats why she is trying to change bella's mind about becoming a vampire. so she doesnt leave the chance of having a child of her own. which rosalie didnt get the chance to have one of her own
rosalie wished that someone had voted no for her becoming a vampire but she didnt have a choice
so when bella called telling rosalie she was pregnant, she had this undescribable feeling of the mixture of happy and sad. Rosalie grew upendo for the baby and she looked at the baby like the child she always wanted(thats why she voted no for aborting the baby)
and if bella aborted the baby this child wouldnt have become a part of the cullen family mostly it didnt become a part of rosalie's life
ROSALIE PROBABLY WOULD HAVE KILLED BELLA BECASUE RENESMEE IS THE CLOSEST SHE'S GOING TO COME TO HAVING HER OWN CHILD. I THINK THERE WOULD BE A HUGE FAMILY FIGHT THAT WOULD HAVE HORRIBLE CONSEQUENCES.
