1 2 & 3 because they are standard numbers: Jackie picked those ones

4 are how many planets that really matter in the solar system

8 for how many parking tickets
and

36 for how many times they had to salt the chakula in the hospital. lol

8 - The number of parking tickets that Roseanne got for parking in the ambulance, magari ya wagonjwa zone.

36 - The number of times Roseanne salted the hospital cafeteria food.
