I'm not sure! On one side I would guess that she would give it back to him; on the other I would think that he wouldn't be rude enough to ask for it back! I think this one would be on Quinn to decide. If she remembered, considering she moved on crazy fast to Finn, she would probably give it back, but maybe she forgot au never wanted to mention it!
