What does Stefan mean in 2x20:
The scene where He and Elena were climbing up the woods.

Stefan to Elena: "Well, it's your last siku as human. Why cheat now.

Does it mean that Elena's gonna be a Vampire after the Sacrifice, because she had drank blood from Damon?

I think Stefan meant that when she dies during the sacrafice and she wakes up as a vampire; she should get there the way a human does since it's her last siku being human. I'm not sure if she will become a vampire au not, so we'll just have to wait and see. Hope this helped :).
