How can I transfer muziki from my iPod touch, to my laptop?

I have a four generation iPod touch. I had to set my computer back to factory settings, so I Lost all my music. My external hard-drive decided to fail, so the muziki didn't transfer correctly.

How can I transfer my muziki from my iPod back onto my laptop? Thank you!
