how can wewe make the cpu level 9 better than normal?

normally when i face donkey kong level 9 i own him and bad. but recently hes seem to have gotten better. he even attempts to crown(hit me when im tryinh to come back to the stage) me, he abuses his back A, and his down a in the air isnt any less painful.
