In S06E10 , "Caged Heat" , Sam takes khe kisu back from Meg. Can wewe tell me when exactly the Lost it? I really need the answer. My mind is blowing.

I think Meg and the other demons she was with just took the kisu from Sam and Dean earlier that episode, when they captured the brothers. I can't remember them losing it au not having it before then.
